We love to design and create completely custom ice sculptures as well! No matter if you dream of a life-sized elk ice sculpture or a fully functional 8ft ice bar, we can make it happen.

Q: What is the process to order an ice sculpture like?
A: Our ordering process is designed to be smooth and seamless! With any new event request, we’ll first ask you to complete our Event Information form, which gives us all the information we need. Once we receive your completed form, our team will reach out to you right away!
We will then create a free, custom design mockup for you based on your event request. Most times, we provide 2-4 different design options for you to select from.
Once you make your design selection, we send you an invoice for at least a 50% deposit. When this payment has been submitted, you’re in! At this point, your event is locked into our calendar, but the process doesn’t end there!
Our team stays in communication with you until the event day, answering any questions you have and assisting with any design updates or additions. As the event approaches, we will confirm the day-of logistical details with you or your event coordinator, ensuring a smooth and stress-free event day!
Q: How long do ice sculptures last?
A: Indoors, ice sculptures can typically last about 5-6 hours. Outdoors under cover, ice sculptures can typically last about 4 hours. As a general rule of thumb, the finer details of your ice sculpture may melt away over time, but the overall integrity of the shape and design will remain intact!
Q: What is a luge?
A: An ice luge is a great functional and decorative ice sculpture! The luge itself is a tube that we insert into the ice, allowing drinks to be poured through them at your event. We can add a single or double luge to most ice sculptures and the best part? It’s at no extra charge!
Q: How much do ice sculptures cost?
A: Our ice sculptures start at $500. Our team is always happy to create a customized design mockup and quote for you to get you the most accurate idea of price. We can also work with you and recommend the best ways to keep your ice sculpture within budget. The final cost of your sculpture is ultimately determined by your final design, its size, and any additions, like a color add-on, cocktail ice, crushed ice, or our breakdown services.
Q: What is included in the ice sculpture price?
A: Our ice sculptures come with delivery, setup and the necessary display equipment, including the plastic display tray with crushed ice, LED light, drain hose and bucket. All we need you to provide is a table!
Q: What can you engrave on cocktail ice cubes?
A: For best quality, we recommend engraving 1-3 large characters on the cubes. The cocktail ice cubes are 2 inches wide and if we try to engrave 4 or more characters on the cubes, then there is a high risk of the ice cracking. Plus, having 1-3 characters makes the engraving easier to see and has more of a visual impact!
Q: How are the engraved cubes packaged?
A: Our engraved cocktail ice cubes come in boxes of 100, which are packaged in sleeves inside an insulated bubble wrapped bag. This bag is then put inside a box along with dry ice to hold the cubes frozen until it’s time to serve them.
Q: How much advance notice do you need for an ice order?
A: We typically ask for at least 2 weeks advance notice, but if your event is less than 2 weeks away, feel free to give us a call or shoot us an email to inquire about our availability. We always do our best to accommodate each and every request, so don’t hesitate to reach out to our team!
Q: How do we dispose of/breakdown the ice sculpture?
A: For disposal, the sculpture will need to be moved to a safe location where it can melt away on its own. Most times, the hotel or catering staff agrees to take care of it, but if you ask them and they aren’t able to do so, we can add on our breakdown services for an additional fee.
